About the Event

A screening of the short film "A Better Future for Oxfordshire" by Nicola Schafer,  featuring leading economist Kate Raworth and the work currently being done by the Oxfordshire Doughnut Economics Collective to move Oxfordshire's economic strategy to this more holistic version of prosperity.

The initial workshop run by the Oxfordshire Doughnut Economics Collective was over subscribed with 160 people applying for 100 people so there is a huge amount of interest in the work being done. And now, we have some very exciting news that we in Watlington will also be able to contribute to this process!

We are absolutely delighted to welcome Evelyn Sanderson and Lukie Tolhurst from the Oxfordshire Doughnut Economics Collective to this event, who will update on the progress of the group and lead a session to get our input. So, if you would like to have a say in what you would like to see happen - this is the event to be at! It will certainly be a very interesting evening.
